Story/Origin:
Baragon is one of the many dinosaurs that survived by going underground. In 1960, a juvenille was attracted by the noise of an off shore oil rig. Upon burrowing, it destroyed the place. Not long later, Baragon destroyed a village of party going teens in the night. At the same time, Frankenstein was on the lose and the attack was blamed on him. The following morning was foggy enough for Baragon to surface and attack a small farming area.

When three scientists were looking for Frankenstein, they found Baragon by accident. Frankenstein came just in time and managed to trick Baragon into falling down a cliff. Baragon escaped. Frankenstein was not far behind as he caught up to him.

The two clashed, but Frankenstein was too fast and manuverable for Baragon. Eventually, Frankenstein choked Baragon into submission and twisted his neck. However, Baragon's burrowing caused Frankenstein and Baragon's lifeless body into the Earth.

Wheather the juvenille survived or not is a mystery, but an adult was sent to Monster Island in 1999. Baragon was blamed for Gorosaurus's attack on Paris which was all the work of the Kilaaks.

Once the Kilaaks lost control of the monsters they all went to their base at Mt. Fuji. Baragon didn't take part in the action and neither did Manda or Varan.

When the conflict was over, Baragon could finally go home in peace.
