In 1972, the Space Hunter Nebula M called Gigan for a mission on Earth.  Knowing there would be trouble the Space Hunters called and controlled the monster King Ghidora to aid Gigan in his destruction.  The duo left thousands of innocents dead in their path of destruction.  But once they reached Tokyo Bay, they were interfered by Godzilla and Anguirus.  The monsters clashed but Goji lost since the duo (Gigan and Ghidora) were in perfect unison.  So Goji and Anguirus decided to use team work and won the battle while watching the Cyborg and the Three Headed Monster fly away into space while the Space Hunter Nebula M's were destroyed.
Later on, the cyborg returned.  But this time to the undersea civilizaion of the Seatopia.  The Seatopians attacked the weakened Earth forces with their god "Megalon".  Knowing that this task would be difficult, the king of Seatopia plead the Space Hunter Nebula M's to release and send Gigan to aid Megalon.  They complied.  As they destroyed everything in their path they met resistance.  It was Jet Jaguar (a size changing android) and Godzilla and the combined force of even Megalon and Gigan was not enough.
